Terms of service
These terms apply to the griffithsgames.com website and to the internal applications Griffiths Programming Ltd ("Griffiths Games", "we") uses to publish content to its own accounts on third-party platforms. Each game has its own terms in its store listing.
The website
You may view and share the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Griffiths Games name, griffin logo, game names, artwork and videos are ours; please don't reuse them in a way that suggests you are us or that we endorse you. Sharing links and short clips of our videos with credit is welcome.
Our publishing tools
Our publishing applications (for example our YouTube and TikTok integrations) are used solely by Griffiths Games to post and manage content on accounts we own. They are not offered to the public. Where those applications use a platform's API, use is also subject to that platform's terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service and TikTok's Terms of Service.
No warranty
The website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
